Terms of Service

You send us a git diff. We generate a narrated video walking through it and give you a link to that video. The narration is produced by an automated system, not a person.

It is a review aid, not a review. It can miss things, describe a change incorrectly, or misjudge how risky something is. Do not treat it as a substitute for your own judgement about whether code is correct or safe to ship.

Your identity is your verified email address. There are no passwords — you sign in with a one-time code we email you. Anyone who can read that inbox can sign in as you, so keep it secure.

You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and if you are using this for an employer, to have their authority to agree to these terms.

You can also start without an account using a trial key. That key is tied to the browser you took it in. Sign in later with an email and the work you have already done moves onto that account.

API keys are secrets. We store only a hash and cannot show you a key again after it is created. You are responsible for what is done with your keys.

Every person gets one free allowance of videos to start with. Once, not once per account — if you take a trial key and then sign up, that is the same allowance, not another one. Creating and deleting accounts does not reset it. The size of the allowance is whatever we are granting at the time you arrive, and we may change it for new arrivals; your balance is the authority on what you hold.

Beyond it, $10 buys 25 more videos. There is no subscription and nothing recurring. Longer videos consume more of your balance than shorter ones, and the balance does not expire.

Whop is the Merchant of Record for every purchase. That means your purchase contract for the payment itself is with Whop, they handle the card details and any tax, and their name is what appears on your statement. We never see or store your card details.

Videos are added to your balance when Whop confirms the payment to us, not when a page says thank you. See the refund policy for how refunds and chargebacks are handled.

You keep ownership of the code you send and of the videos we generate from it. You give us permission to process that code only to produce your video and to keep the result available to you.

Only send code you are allowed to send. Producing a video involves passing your diff to third-party model providers, so if your employer or a contract forbids that, do not use this service for that code.

Anyone with a video link can watch that video. Treat the link as you would the code it describes.

Do not use the service to process content you have no right to, to try to get around the free tier, to attack or overload the service, or to resell access to it. We may suspend or remove an account or key that does any of these.

If someone brings a claim against us because of code you sent — because it was not yours to send, or because sending it broke an agreement you were under — you cover what that costs us, including reasonable legal fees. We will tell you promptly if it happens and will not settle such a claim without asking you first.

The service is provided as-is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, that a video will be produced within any particular time, or that the narration will be accurate.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you have paid for it — to us or to Whop on our behalf — in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or any indirect loss.

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@axonbuild.com. We may end your access if you breach these terms. Unused paid videos are refundable as described in the refund policy.

If we shut the service down, we will give you at least thirty days' notice by email so you can download your videos, and we will refund any unused paid balance in full — not pro-rata, and with no window to miss.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. If a change materially reduces what you get, and you have an unused paid balance, you can ask for a refund of it.

Write to us first. Almost every dispute here is a refund or a re-run, and both are settled faster by email than by any other route.

These terms do not name a governing law or a court. Nothing in them takes away the consumer rights you have where you live, and the payment itself sits with Whop as Merchant of Record under their terms.
