Refund Policy

Email support@axonbuild.com from the address on your account within 30 days of the purchase and say you want a refund. You do not need to give a reason.

We answer as quickly as we can, usually within a few working days. Past 30 days our payment provider can no longer reliably return money to your card, which is the honest reason for the window rather than a policy preference. Write to us anyway if something went wrong — the next section is not time-limited.

Unused videos from a pack. A pack is $10 for 25 videos, so if you have used five of them we refund the remaining twenty at the same rate.

If the service failed you — a video never arrived, or arrived broken — we put that video back on your balance whether or not you consider it used, and we do that regardless of how long ago it was. We would rather you told us than quietly gave up on it.

We do not refund videos you asked for and received. The narration being less useful than you hoped is not a fault we can verify, which is exactly why the first videos are free.

Whop is the Merchant of Record for the purchase, so the refund is issued through them and returns to the card you paid with. It usually lands within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

When a refund is issued, the matching number of videos is removed from your balance automatically. A partial refund removes a proportionate number.

If you raise a chargeback with your bank instead of writing to us, the videos it paid for are removed from your balance and account access may be suspended while Whop resolves it. Emailing us first is faster for both of us.

The free videos cost nothing and so cannot be refunded. They are granted once per person — taking a trial key and then signing up is the same allowance, not a second set.
